Responsibilities:


• Gather technical requirements and determine how to best apply FutureDial technology to address prospects’ business problems.
• Deliver articulate, effective, and audience-appropriate presentations and demonstrations that highlight FutureDial products and technologies.
• Develop proof-of-concept products and software tools to assist in closing deals.
• Drive the technical deal signoff process with legal, engineering and finance teams.
• Provide feedback to Product Management and Engineering on improving existing products and developing new products.

Job description:

FutureDial is looking for exceptional Sales Engineers to work with wireless carriers to design and implement user content management solutions. Sales Engineers will work with the sales team to drive technical account strategy, architect innovative solutions, and overcome technical obstacles to win strategic deals. Position: Professional Service Engineer

Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Responsibilities:


FutureDial is looking for a Professional Services Engineer to architect, design, and customize solution for large Tier 1 Wireless Operators. Responsibilities include pre-sale activities, planning, architecting, designing, integration, and implementation to close of project.
With multiple projects in the pipeline simultaneously, the ideal candidate must be able to exceed expectations in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple customer issues/projects simultaneously, provide quick responses and meet aggressive deadline.
To succeed, the ideal candidate must be an extremely self-motivated, autonomous individual with a proven track record in providing a high level of project engineer and project management support. Ability to travel 50% of the time is required for this position, including EMEA.

Job description:

Position: Director of Product Management

Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Responsibilities:

FutureDial is looking for a passionate and talented Director of Product Management to lead planning, management and product definition for the current and next generation of products and services being developed. In this role you will help to define the future of device management for wireless devices. You’ll work with the leading wireless carriers, wireless handset vendors, and partners, while drawing from FutureDial’s deep expertise in wireless device management.

Manage the complete product management lifecycle for our MMP solutions for retail, consumer web, warehouse, and enterprise. Drive the major/ minor release cycles for existing products.

As leader of the product management team, you will personally take responsibilities for the following individual contributor activities:

        Product/Business Thought Leadership: Synthesize new product and new business concepts. Contribute vision and thought
        leadership, both at the corporate level (strategic) and at the individual product level (tactical). Instigate and facilitate an ongoing
        brainstorm and cross-functional debate about the merits of current and prospective future FutureDial products.
        Influence FutureDial corporate strategy, and co-author the annual strategic plan. Be the Product Champion.

        Team Development: Hire, lead, and manage a team of product managers. Actively coach them and develop them on a daily and
        weekly basis. Serve as a positive role model. Orchestrate focused professional development and functional training activities.
        Maximize their success and personal growth by empowering them, supporting them, and inspiring them.

        Product Portfolio Management: Actively manage the composition of the portfolio of products. Play a leadership role in identifying
        and championing new products, new businesses, and new markets consistent with FutureDial corporate strategy.
        If necessary, play a similar leadership role in recognizing and championing the exit of fundamentally bad businesses.
        Identify and exploit potential synergies among existing and potential future products.

        System Development: Design and instill a structured but flexible framework or “system” of product management that enables the
        organization to innovate, scale, accelerate development, ship products on schedule, rapidly assimilate new employees, and
        seamlessly weather turnover of individual staff. Establish a combination of traditions, tools, templates, values, vocabulary, staff,
        and processes that maximize the effectiveness of the product management and product development organizations.

As leader of the product management organization, you will be evaluated on the success of your team. Individual members of your team will have the following responsibilities for each of their respective product lines, and you will share this responsibility across all product lines:

        Customer and Market Analysis: Develop deep understanding of customers and their needs. Analyze broader business context,
        including industry structure, competitive dynamics and distinctive FutureDial capabilities. Infuse the organization with a deep

        meet requirements, ship on schedule and ultimately address the needs of customer and users. Champion the perspectives and
        interests of customers, users, and other external stakeholders.

        Project Management: Cross-functionally coordinate end-to-end product design, development, and go-to-market pipeline.
        Drive executive staff, engineering, sales, marketing, customer support, and professional services to achieve product success.
        Serve as authoritative central hub of communication, ensuring that all product stakeholders throughout the organization remain
        aligned, informed and empowered.

Product Marketing: Lead the organization in crafting a value proposition and packaging a complete solution that addresses the broader needs of customers. Express the solution to the marketplace. Work closely with Marketing to communicate features and benefits through all available information channels. Provide marketing and field sales organizations with product documentation, tools, training and support required to maximize market success.
 
Qualifications, Education and Experience:

Required:
    * 5-7 years of formal product management experience.
    * Passion for detail.
    * Product Management experience in designing and shipping a software product to Tier 1 carriers.
    * Track record of creating successful leading edge products and services.

Position: Web QA Engineer

Role:

Need highly experienced QA person for Web-based application testing.

Need to demonstrate ability to develop and write comprehensive test plan based on functional specifications.

Need to demonstrate QA approach to testing a Web-based application with live example.

Responsibilities:

Position: Inside Sales Representative

FutureDial is looking for focused and well-organized individuals to join the Inside Sales team selling FutureDial Content Management Solutions, including the FutureDial’s RDM. RDM is a software product designed to offer wireless retailers the ability to Back-up, Edit, and Restore mobile content.

You must be comfortable making dozens of cold calls a day, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and building solutions.
You must also have demonstrated experience prospecting and growing an account list, as well as closing sales.

Responsibilities:

    * Be responsible for the entire sales process from prospecting to close.
    * Lead generation/outbound calling and warm lead follow up.

Position: QA Engineer

Location: Sunnyvale, CA

FutureDial develops application software and drivers for the fast growing mobile phone industry. To meet increasing demand for its products from major carriers worldwide, FutureDial is seeking qualified QA engineers that can help test and qualify mobile device drivers and mobile device applications developed for the PC. Responsibilities of the QA engineer include the development of test plans, execution of test plans and documentation of test results. Familiarity with test automation and bug-tracking software is necessary.

Position: Web Art Director

Location: Sunnyvale, CA

This position is responsible for creating and managing online marketing material, as well as the creation and delivery for any/all of the following: Online marketing pieces such as email, web pages, mini-sites, customer portals including web application/web form design.

Responsibilities:


    * Creation and delivery of online marketing materials for the FutureDial web site.
    * Creative design and input on new and emerging digital products.
    * Creative design of web-based custom solutions.
    * Ability to work closely with technology group and other cross-functional areas in a startup environment.
    * Knowledge of emerging technologies and a broad background in the newest tools in creative development
       (including those with high consumer usage and adoption) including Adobe Photoshop/Imageready, Adobe Dreamweaver and

    * Proficiency with Macromedia Flash when used for both multimedia presentations and web content creation.
    * Knowledge of web page templating and the importance of its role in the maintenance of a medium to large web site.

Qualifications:

    * One to three years of design of design experience a must with a concentration in online web design strongly preferred.
