Any plans to develop for Macintosh systems? I would like to buy SnapSync, however I would like to be able to download it. Is this possible? Can I use my phone with a Serial Cable? Product Comparisons What is the difference between SnapSync and the Sprint PCS Contact Synchronization Software? 3. Handset Support I have SnapSync, however my phone is not listed as one supported by the software, what can I do? Will there be support for older Sprint PCS phones? My phone is not listed as a supported phone, can I try and select a similar model phone and try to sync my contacts? I have a newer phone model and am unable to download the update from the website. What can I do? I have a phone model from a wireless carrier not listed as being supported by SnapSync; however, the phone model is listed as being supported under another carrier. Can I use SnapSync with my phone? Any plans to support Motorola Nextel Phones? Are there plans to support wireless phones used by Canadian carriers? Will SnapSync work with phones that have integrated PDAs in them (such as the TP3000, Samsung I300 and Kyocera 6035)? 4. Features & Functionality Will the software be able to sync information from the Calendar and Task functions of Microsoft Outlook? Can other programs besides Outlook be used? Can SnapSync import text files? Is SnapSync able to export my phone contacts into Excel? Is there a way to export MS Outlook contacts so that they appear as “Last Name, First Name?” I have contact information stored in sub-folders in MS Outlook. Will SnapSync be able to read and export them? I have the Samsung M100 (Uproar) handset, and tried to use SnapSync with the included USB cable with little success. The software seems to have trouble finding my phone. Will the software allow me to assign/edit speed dial locations? My phone has custom ringers, will SnapSync be able to assign these ringers to individual contacts? I have a USB cable connecting my phone to the PC, SnapSync is asking me for a COM port.
