1. General Why do I need USB Drivers? Where can I find the USB Drivers? I have your cable - do I also need to purchase any software to use it with? The cable I have is not a FutureDial cable. Am I able to use the FutureDial USB drivers with this cable? Can I use a USB hub? I have the USB data cable and want to use my phone as a modem, how can I do this? When I try to download the USB drivers, I am being told to enter a serial number, what is that and where can I get it from? When I try to use my serial number and email address to download the latest USB drivers, I am being told the email address does not match the serial number? I am being told prior to installing the software to make sure the USB Drivers are installed first. How can I do this if my phone model is not listed?
