The following outlines FutureDial's privacy policy.

FutureDial is committed to maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of "Personal Data" (as defined below) entrusted to FutureDial by the consumers of our products. Accordingly, FutureDial adheres to and is certified as compliant with the Safe Harbor Privacy Framework between the United States Department of Commerce and the European Commission with respect to Personal Data that is transferred from the European economic area to the United States. FutureDial has a Privacy Policy statement that applies to the collection and storage of "Personal Data" (as defined below) which is accessible to the visitors of our website at http://www.futuredial.com/privacy_policy

FutureDial provides various services related to Content Management of Mobile Devices which includes the following functions:

1. Content Transfer between Mobile Devices
2. Content Backup from Mobile Devices to FutureDial hosted backup servers
3. Content Restore from FutureDial hosted backup servers to Mobile Devices
4. Print the contents of a Mobile Device for archival purposes in the form of a hard copy
5. Erase the existing content from a Mobile Device

The Backup function of FutureDial's RMS product obtains and stores the following content types from the mobile device to FutureDial's hosted servers in a secure Data Center environment

- Phone Book
- Calendar
- Audio Files
- Video Files
- Pictures
- SMS Messages
Client Personal Data processed by FutureDial may be subject to contractual agreements with our clients that require more stringent privacy and security safeguards than the requirements in the Safe Harbor Agreement. At a minimum, however, FutureDial handles Client Personal Data in accordance with our Safe Harbor Privacy Policy, which is based upon the seven principles identified in the Safe Harbor Privacy Framework.
FutureDial takes privacy of its customers extremely seriously. The consumer's mobile device data that is stored on FutureDial's servers is used purely for business purposes only and this data is not shared nor sold to 3rd parties.

FutureDial endeavors to protect the security of our customer's personal information by strictly adhering to the security policies implemented within our IT infrastructure. We store the consumer's mobile data information on secure servers, and use procedures designed to protect the personal information we collect from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration or destruction.
FutureDial does not modify or alter in any way Client Personal Data but preserves such data in its original form to the extent possible, consistent with any processing that is directed by consumers and clients of our products or necessary to fulfill the services requested by clients or their legal counsel.
Client Personal Data are accessible only by those FutureDial employees and consultants who have a reasonable need to access such information in order for us to fulfill contractual, legal and professional obligations. All of our employees and consultants have entered into confidentiality agreements requiring that they maintain the confidentiality of Client Personal Data.
FutureDial assures compliance with this Safe Harbor Privacy Policy and the Safe Harbor Privacy Framework by utilizing the self-assessment approach. The self-assessment is conducted on an annual basis to ensure that all of FutureDial's relevant privacy practices are being followed in conformance with this Safe Harbor Privacy Policy and the Safe Harbor Privacy Framework. Any employee that FutureDial determines is in violation of these policies will be subject to discipline, up to and including termination of employment.
FutureDial will also assure compliance with this Safe Harbor Privacy Policy and the Safe Harbor Privacy Framework by fully investigating and attempting to resolve any complaint or dispute regarding the use and disclosure of personal data in violation of this Privacy Policy.
For complaints that cannot be resolved by FutureDial and the complainant, FutureDial agrees to cooperate with data protection authorities and to participate in dispute resolution procedures of those authorities, pursuant to the Safe Harbor Privacy Framework.
