SN-RMS is the latest generation of mobile device and content management solutions for Sprint retail stores and Sprint Authorized Service Centers, building and expanding on previous ICSS capabilities. SN-RMS offers additional phone support, more powerful functionality and improved performance over ICSS. SN-RMS features subscriber content management tools and phone support tools (PST), enabling you to transfer phonebooks between handsets and for loading firmware, PRL, account information, and handset settings data into mobile devices.
