Position: EMEA Sales Account Manager

FutureDial is looking for a focused and well-organized individual to join our EMEA sales team. This person will be responsible for managing existing accounts and for selling our content management solutions to mobile operators and related enterprises. New sales activity will require prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales with senior level client executives. The primary objective of the role will therefore be to achieve and exceed the revenue objectives assigned quarterly by VP Sales EMEA. The Sales Account Manager will also act as an effective liaison for the customer with the FutureDial professional services and engineering teams to ensure successful project completion and customer satisfaction.

The FutureDial content management solutions are underpinned by our unique offering of connectivity to a vast portfolio of mobile devices, therefore the position requires a resourceful and results-oriented sales and business development professional with an excellent understanding of the mobile sector and ideally the mobile device environment.

There is flexibility on location within the European Union, however access to a major airport hub is required, as travel will be a significant component of the role.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years solutions sales or marketing experience, 5-10 years overall business experience
  • 1-3 years successful experience with selling and/or implementing mobile software products, solutions or systems integration services –within the mobile industry

FutureDial Inc. is seeking a Sales Engineer with previous software experience of mobile networks and mobile handsets, with the ability to travel freely throughout EMEA.

The successful applicant is a pro-active, responsible engineer working within a small team of field engineers demonstrating, installing and testing the FutureDial mobile content management platform at our prospective and existing customer sites (mobile operators, systems integrators, distribution warehouses, phone repair centres, etc). The role is to install, configure and field test our platform for either demonstrations, trails or live service in combination with operator and county specific mobile handset and firmware versions and provide detailed technical feedback to the engineering team on any issues observed during trial, install or live service.

CMS is a software product designed to offer mobile device users the ability to Back-up, Edit, and Restore mobile content.

You must be comfortable closing large multi-year contracts with handset manufacturer companies. You must also have demonstrated the ability to think outside of the box. Responsibilities:
  • Be responsible for the entire sales process from prospecting to close
  • Lead generation/outbound calling and warm lead follow up
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Present and articulate advanced product features and benefits of FutureDial’s CMS solution
  • Be able to sell and differentiate in a competitive environment
  • Provide on-line and in person demonstrations

FutureDial is looking for a passionate and talented inbound product manager. In this role you will be reporting to Director of Product Management and fully responsible for the following functions:
  • Define and deliver product features and functionality for the RMS & Hosted RMS products. Write PRD’s, work with engineering to clarify product functionality issues, prioritize and triage bugs.
  • Formulate high-level market requirements and low-level product requirements. Manage new product and version release schedule and rollout plans.
  • Track and facilitate cross functional teams for end-to-end product design, development, packaging, and go-to-market execution.
  • Support sales and product marketing to elaborate and communicate product value proposition, features and benefits, competitive strengths and differentiation through all available information channels.
Required:
  • At least 5 years of product management experience
  • Track record of managing and shipping web based and/or mobile products
