George C. Huang, Ph.D., Chairman and CEO
Dr. Huang has decades of experience in the high-tech sector. He founded GCH Systems, Inc., which acquired Award Software (a BIOS software company) in 1993, and took it public in 1996 as its Chairman & CEO. Award Software merged with Phoenix Technologies in 1998, with Dr. Huang as Vice-Chairman. He now brings his extensive corporate management skills to bear in this latest venture with FutureDial. Dr. Huang received his Ph.D. EE degree from the University of Washington.
Steve Chan, CEO China & Senior VP of Technology Development
Steve has strong business development and engineering management skills in software and semiconductor industries. His background includes careers at LSI Logic Corporation where he served as the Vice President of ASIC Design, at Chips and Technologies where he served as Corporate Vice President and General Manager of the Media Division, at AuraVision Corporation where he was a founder, and at Phoenix Technology where he served as Vice President of Engineering. Steve received his MSEE degree from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
Randy Osborne, VP of Worldwide Carrier Sales
Randy Osborne is an industry veteran with more than 19 years of technology leadership experience and has established a strong track record of developing and leading sales organizations in various phases of the business lifecycle. As the VP of Worldwide Carrier Sales of FutureDial Inc. Randy is responsible for building the sales organization through direct and indirect channels. Before joining FutureDial Randy was the Vice President of Worldwide Sales for Venturi Wireless, a provider of 3G mobile broadband optimization solutions. Prior to Venturi Wireless he was Vice President of Worldwide Sales for Minerva Networks, a leading provider of Triple Play middleware solutions. Previously to Minerva Networks Randy was Director of North American Sales for Zapex Technologies, the industry leader in chip development for the DTV industry, and also held key management positions at ONI and RasterOps. Randy holds a BS in Business Administration & Computer Science from California State University, Sacramento.
Clarice Liao, Executive Director of Operations
Clarice brings to FutureDial over 10 years of PC and software experience in executive operations and management positions. Clarice earned her BS degree from Providence University in Taichung Taiwan.

Reed Majors, VP of Marketing and Product Management
Mr. Majors joined FutureDial as Vice President of Marketing and Product Management in October of 2006. Mr. Majors' role is to lead the definition of FutureDial's current and next generation mobile device content management solutions. He came from Amdocs where he served as Director of IPTV Solutions.

Mr. Majors brings over 14 years of experience in the fields of business development, product marketing, product management, technology licensing and international business. He is well known in high tech circles, having authored a number of white papers and spoken at numerous conferences. His educational experience includes an MBA from the Monterey Institute of International Studies and a degree in Business from the University of California at Santa Barbara.
