RMS is the industry's first Web based mobile content transfer solution designed with both the carrier and customer in mind. RMS supports all your subscribers' content (ringtones, music, video, calendar, contacts), and almost all the phones in your market. With over 600 million phone upgrades and over 170 million lost or stolen phones (worldwide 2006) the need to have a robust transfer solution is critical to every carrier's business.

Retail Management Solution (RMSTM) is point-of-presence solution for back-up, transfer, and restoring user content onto mobile devices. It can handle up to 5 simultaneous transfers per workstation. From the retail store, a user's data can be transferred between handsets and backed up to the server. The administrative component provides a comprehensive set of tools allowing the Operator to manage the service and extract valuable marketing and operational data.
RMS supports Phonebook, Calendar, Music and Ringtones, Pictures and Video, SMS and MMS content.

RMS has a step-b-step interface that any retail employee can use to do a transfer. Almost all setup and configuration is automatic, so training only requires a ½ day.
FutureDial licenses RMS 3.0 on a per-seat and revenue share model. Pricing is based on the number stores and number of transactions for a given customer. Contact FutureDial Sales for details.
At present we support over 1200 mobile devices. FutureDial will add additional support for 1000 mobile devices in 2007.
RMSTM utilizes Oracle's Transparent Data Encryption to endure that the user's content is protected at all times.
RMSTM can be integrated with most existing OSS and BSS products by utilizing our published API's. Interfaces to billing, CRM and third party OTA.

Workstation requirements:
- PC with Windows XP with Service Pack 2.
- Processor: Pentium 4 or AMD Athlon 1.4 GHz or higher.
- Memory: 512 MB of RAM required, 1 GB recommended.
- Hard Disk: 2 GB of free space.
- Compatible Phones (refer to the latest Phone and Cable List on the FutureDial website).
- Compatible serial or USB phone data cables (refer to list).
- Recommended Screen Resolution: 800 x 600 pixels and higher.
With one RMS license, you can use an unlimited number of phones, provided you have the required phone modules. Furthermore, with one RMS license, you can perform an unlimited number of phonebook transfers. RMS does not charge you any fees for additional transfers, unlike competitors' products. You can perform up to 5 simultaneous transfers per workstation.
