Can we use phone data cables from our ICSS system with SN-RMS?
You may use the FutureDial-brand cables you have previously purchased for use with ICSS. However, you should discard your ICSS FutureDial USB cable hub and instead use the newer USB cable hub for use with SN-RMS. Note that some phone handsets will require a Bluetooth interface for connecting to your PC - this Bluetooth dongle can be ordered from FutureDial website.
What Do we need to start using SN-RMS?
If you are a Sprint ASC that has not purchased a FutureDial cable/hub kit in the past, you will need to order the SN-RMS Starter Kit to use the SN-RMS software. This kit contains USB data cables, a USB Bluetooth dongle, and a SIM card reader. (Please also refer to the SN-RMS System Requirements FAQ).
How do we get the SN-RMS Software?
After first ordering and receiving the SN-RMS Starter Kit, you will be provided with a link with instructions to download and install the SN-RMS software onto the PC in your ASC.
What handset models are supported with SN-RMS?
