Key Terms
MSL	6 digit security lock for phone. This code is unique for each phone and is based off the phone ESN
ESN	electronic serial number unique to every Sprint handset.
MDN	Mobile dialing number (users phone number)
NASC Site	Sprints download servers that host ICSS PSP and USB drivers.
QuickBase	Sprints online ticket center, reps enter complaints here for us to reply to.
TSR	Technical Service Rep.Located in the Sprint store He fixes phones, runs ICSS
SAR	Service Account Rep, supervises many TSR in a regional area.
WEBX	This can be used to remote into trouble PC, still trying to get Sprint to authoize this.
PST functionality
Provisioning	This takes the data from the phone and activates it on the Sprint network.
Refurbish	removes data active data from phone and restores to factory default settings.
Software download	updates the software\firmware of the phone
PRL	updates the preferred roaming list of the handset. This is for making phone calls.
Settings	This will allow you to read alll the settings from the handset. This is really good if someone lost his lock code.
ICSS Functionality
Calibrate ports	Options\calibrate ports. Configures ports for ICSS to be able to find the port quickly.
Specify cables	Options\specify cables. Allows the user to configure cables on each individual ports through the hub
