Retail Device Manager Software requires PC-to-phone cables and has the following features:
Transfer of data between phones with flexible phone field mapping.
Selective Backup of phone data for archival purposes in .ssy, .csv, .txt formats.
Selective Restore of phone data from user Backup in .ssy format.
Printing hard copies of phone data.
Universal data format compatible with multiple phones and programs.

The RDM Kit contains RDM software installation (either via download or shipped as a CD for an additional cost) and the RDM user manual. Phone data cables, USB hubs, and cable kits are sold separately.

With one RDM license, you can use an unlimited number of phones, provided you have the required phone modules. Furthermore, with one RDM license, you can perform an unlimited number of phonebook transfers. RDM does not charge you any fees for additional transfers.
Since each handset's protocol for reading and writing is different, selecting the wrong handset is not recommended.

FutureDial recommends using FutureDial data cables only. We have not tested any third-party data cables, and cannot guarantee that they will work with RDM ™.

Check to ensure that the cable connection between phone and USB cable is secure.
Check Calibration. If the hub has been disconnected and reconnected, you must re-calibrate the ports.
