About Driver Installation
Steps for installing a specific device driver:
  • Please remove your device from the USB port
  • On the left panel, find the device model you are using
  • Within your device model sub-section, click on the link to launch the driver installer
  • Follow the on-screen directions to install the driver to your system
  • Plug in your device to the USB port


IMPORTANT: The Help files on your SN-RMS Program provide detailed instructions for installing individual device drivers. There are two ways you can access the Help files:

  • Select from the Directory:
    On your SN-RMS computer's directory, go to Program Files>FutureDial Folder>SNRMS Folder> then within the SN-RMS folder, select the file SNRMS.chm to open the Help files.
  • Pop-Up Message on the Program Screen:
    When you connect a device to your SN-RMS program and the program does not detect the device due to an uninstalled driver, the program will display a warning prompt in a pop-up screen, similar to what is shown here. Follow the instructions on the pop-up screen and select the "click here" link to access the relevant help file and install the driver.
