The following describes FutureDial's policy for returning purchased products.
FutureDial will accept the return of any consumer product, except downloaded software, purchased directly from the FutureDial website within 30 days of purchase, under the following conditions. FutureDial cannot and will not process purchases made from other sources; those returns must be processed through their point of purchase.
- Every return must be requested within 30 days of purchase from the FutureDial website
- Every software product returned must be in its original sealed packaging
- The customer must contact Tech Support at returns@futuredial.com with the following information:
- Order Number
- Full Name (and name of individual who placed the order)
- E-mail address and phone number
- Product name and version
- Serial Number (if applicable)
- Reason for return
- Every return must include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by FutureDial Tech Support
- If data cables were ordered with the software being returned, they must be returned together with the software
- Every return must include its original packaging and product materials. Partial returns or returns missing items will be sent back to the customer at customer's expense
- Every return must be received at FutureDial within 14 days of issuing an RMA. Any return received thereafter will no longer qualify for a return and will be sent back to customer at customer's expense
- The refund check, after deducting 15% of the purchase price for restocking, will be issued within 30 days after FutureDial receives the returned merchandise as described above
FutureDial will exchange free of charge any defective consumer product purchased directly from the FutureDial website within 90 days of purchase, under the following conditions. FutureDial cannot and will not warranty purchases made from other sources; those returns must be processed through their point of purchase.
The customer must first contact Tech Support at warranty@futuredial.com with the following information:
- Order Number
- Full Name (and name of individual who placed the order)
- E-mail address and phone number
- Product name and version
- Serial Number (if applicable)
- Why the product was deemed defective
