Hiroyuki Arai leads all operations and strategic initiatives for FutureDial’s Japanese subsidiary.
With over 35 years of leadership experience in Japan’s IT and high-tech sectors, he has held executive roles—
including Business Manager, Director, and President—at several foreign-affiliated Japanese corporations.

A graduate of Chuo University’s Faculty of Law, Hiroyuki began his career at Hewlett-Packard Japan, where
he spent 26 years in a variety of key roles. His international experience includes a posting in Singapore
as head of Japan’s home PC division. Following the HP–Compaq merger, he successfully led the integration
of the companies’ consumer businesses in Japan. He later headed the large-format printer division and
launched a consulting business focused on data center solutions.

Hiroyuki went on to serve as Head of Line of Business at Vaisala K.K. and later as President and Managing Director
of Manfrotto K.K. Prior to joining FutureDial, he was President and Representative Director of McAfee Co., Ltd.,
where he led the consumer security business in Japan.

His deep industry expertise spans Japan’s major mobile operators, distributors, PC manufacturers, ISPs, and
retail channels, making him a key driver of FutureDial’s growth in the region.
