Jeff brings more than 25 years of experience in the wireless communications industry, supported by over a decade in the automotive sector focused on tooling, factory automation, and process quality with Ford and General Motors. He has led customer service, reverse logistics operations, and strategic account functions with major OEMs including Nokia and Samsung, servicing North American carriers such as AT&T, Verizon, and Telus. Most recently, Jeff managed major account activities with Google, T‑Mobile, and various OEMs, 3PLs, and carriers in warranty and reverse logistics services. With his broad industry background and deep expertise in returns and repair operations, Jeff will drive continued and expanded value for FutureDial’s strategic partners.
