Frank is FutureDial’s Vice President Customer Success & Solutions Architecture. Frank brings 20 years of experience in reverse logistics solution design and delivery.  Before joining FutureDial, Frank Co-founded dataR Solutions, a start-up that delivers mobile device solutions to the reverse logistics supply chain. Frank expanded the company’s solutions portfolio and grew the customer base to include Verizon Wireless, FedEx, Asurion, GXO and Samsung – growing the business 140% in 6 years. Frank also served as the Vice President of Business Development for CWG, a leading mobile reverse logistics, repair and reclamation company. While at CWG he managed strategic accounts with Best Buy, FedEx, and Verizon Wireless and led and expanded CWG’s solutions lab, focusing on machine learning technologies and automation. Prior to running his own companies, Frank has served on the board and as an executive at several reverse logistics and reclamation companies managing business with HP, Dell and the NY Department of Citywide Administrative Services. Frank also served as Director of Online Technology for Penton Media (now Informa) where he led Penton’s solutions teams nationally. Frank received his Masters from New York University and his BS in Biological Sciences from Binghamton University where he was awarded the Certificate of Achievement from Secretary of Energy, Hazel R. O’Leary for research performed at Brookhaven National Laboratory.
