Karen serves as Vice President of Sales, Asia Pacific at FutureDial, responsible for business success across the Asia Pacific region. With over 20 years of experience in the mobile industry, she brings extensive expertise in software sales and business expansion.

Prior to joining FutureDial, she held senior sales and business development roles at Aplix. During her tenure at Aplix, she was responsible for worldwide mobile device key accounts, where she successfully drove business with Tier-1 global mobile brands and APAC telecommunications carriers. She also played a strategic role in partnering with leading mobile chipset manufacturers to deliver integrated turnkey solutions to the market.

She holds a MBA in Technology and Innovation Management from National Chengchi University, and earned a dual Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Economics from National Taiwan University.
